Fiona became a specialist orthodontist in 1999 and has spent nearly 20 years working in West Auckland where she has helped create thousands of smiles and established a friendly state of the art practice for West Auckland to be proud of.

She actively participates in continuing professional development which allows her to stay current on the latest technology and treatments.

Fiona is a member of the New Zealand Dental Association, New Zealand Association of Orthodontists, World Federation of Orthodontists and founding supporter of the Wish for a Smile Trust – the charitable arm of the NZAO.

Fiona is the mother of Izzie and Rory and is married to Arend. She loves the outdoors especially swimming, tramping and bike packing. Reading, the arts, gardening and caring for the hens are other spare time activities.”
